Re: sprint 5g cap on TP2?

I use 7-8 gig every month but what works for me doesn't guarantee it will work for you. Every Sprint contract states "Sprint reserves the right to limit throughput speeds or amount of data transferred and to deny, terminate, modify, or suspend service if usage exceeds 5GB per month in total or 300MB/month while off-network roaming. Check your subscriber agreement rights on Sprint.com." I have never heard of them charging you if your on an "unlimited" plan but they can cancel your account. Again I haven't ever seen them enforce any of this but it is always possible and if they do I would be the chopping block for sure as I have been with Sprint for over 10 years and have been over using data for almost all of that time.

Semper Fidelis (Always Faithful) is the motto of the Corps. That Marines have lived up to this motto is proved by the fact that there has never been a mutiny, or even the thought of one, among U.S. Marines.
