I have not had this problem on any of these ROMS. I am able to sync with no issues. If you are attempting to do your first sync OTA (Over The Air) and receiving this issue, try to do your initial sync on the LAN of your domain account by connecting to your PC with a USB cable... That is the only trouble shooting step that comes to mind...
