If you're getting the "unable to authenticate" error, you will have to call in. There is no way to get around it. This happens most frequently with flashing the 6.5 stock upgrade. You'll have to dial #8899 and just tell the tech you did the upgrade and you need them to reauthenticate your phone.

Thanks.. That's what I did, but the ##778 code didn't work on r8.5 so I had to reflash to stock, call VZW, enter the auth code, then reflash 8.5 and set everything up again. I was hoping there was a way to enable the ## without having to reflash. Oh well..
