yea what vzw did was send out an email to my work email with a "form" verifying that i worked for the company, and as mentioned i had to supply my business card for verification.
the drivers license was a given when i opened the acct some years ago, but when they contacted me in Jan of 09 to verify that i was still with the company after 3 yrs i was shocked.
