Steps for Sense 2.5 Installation:
1. Install .net 3.5
2. Install SDKCerts
3. Disable/Uncheck: "Settings\System\Power\Turn off device if not used for",
On battery power: if you do not have your phone plugged in or
On external power: if you do have your phone plugged in.
6. Disable TF3D 2.0
7. Soft Reset
8. Install New CAB
10. Soft Reset
Note: I disable the HTC sense, after fist boot enable in settings home
