The Zune HD SDK (XNA) allows for xbox live play, at least has the objects.

If WP7 SDK is similar to Zune HD (which it should be) we're looking at a new era of phone gaming.

The down side... Zune HD SDK doesn't support 3D objects in XNA, it was removed. Hopefully Microsoft gets those pieces in soon.
