Just overwrite the current rsshub.exe with the attached one and you will be able to scroll in articles instead of selecting text. Had to zip it since its a executable.

Thanks for posting this. Do you know if a similar scrolling mod is available for the built-in notepad? It's not very finger friendly for viewing larger notes
