Actually, you did not complete the requirements. While you did succeed at being a smartass, you failed to provide anything of value. Whatsover. Again I must ask, why would you guys waste your time replying if you have nothing to say?
You have been helpful to me another time and I appreciate it. So there are no problems with flashing ROM's without wiping? Cuz I thought I read somewhere (I could be mistaken considering the sheer amount I've read over the last few days) that sometimes a wipe is necessary? And I'm sure I've seen ROM's that mention that it's built for no wipe necessary which seemed to imply that some are not.
I am working on testing the ROM's out myself, but what I really am curious about is which one seems to be the fastest/snappiest? I know their are a few different kernels floating around so I imagine that there must be some differences, albeit slight ones.

Everyone will think x is better than y (especially if thy have x installed.) Only after testing the ROMs yourself will you know which one suits your needs the best (Which is what I think the previous posters were trying to say)
I'm currently running Gumbo 1.5c "Bare" w/Sense UI. I've used Fresh 1.0/1.1, TTG, and Modaco 1.1/2.2. Of all of them I like Gumbo's the best, it feels snappier than the rest but (it does have his modified kernel based on his ROM). Even snappier than Fresh 1.1 with either Modaco's or Gumbo CKs (until trying this ROM I felt either combination of Fresh+CK offered the best performance). Without CKs applied IMO all of the custom ROMs are essentially the same with minute differences any speed increases are perceived.
As for the "data wipe" before flashing, some user do it to minimize the chances of boot loops or force closes. Sometimes I return to stock, re-root my phone, and then install the new ROM (extreme probably but it works for me.) Hope this helps you out.
