Cool Re: Is Sprint still giving out refur'ed MOGULs?

I understand economy is down and Sprint may try to save some money by making it harder for people trying to scam the system...What I dont understand is what then is my $7 a month for TEP getting me? If I have insurance on my phone and I have a legitimate issue then why wouldnt I expect it to be taken care of? If what you are saying is true and that you can only give a certian number of exchanges a month, I think that is a bunch of crap! If Sprint cannot comply with the stipulation of "insurance" then why offer it. If they cannot give you a refurb or a comparable model, then they should bump you to a newer phone with a smile! That is what good customer service and a good company should do. Maybe Sprint needs to hold manufacturers more accountable for defective phones or only allow newer phones to have insurance that times out after 2 years or something. Trying to skimp your customers will not add to the longevity of your company and customers know when they are being given a raw deal. I am really sorry to hear that Sprint has chosen to go this route as I have been happy with the service so far. I have been thru a couple of Moguls and have never asked for anything more in return, but I should not have to be at the mercy of the number of people who came in before me during the month to determine if I get satisfactory customer service. Am I making sense?
