OMG do I feel like a nOOb. LOL
Before I started rebuilding my kitchens after Windows 7 update I thought of something.
Both my kitchens crashed after adding a new 6.5.x taskbar package.
I just removed that package and now my kitchens appear to be working fine again.
Would not think a simple thing like a taskbar package would kill the whole process but it did.
WTH?
Expect updates to be rolling out soon.
