that is a good idea. i am going through the same exact thing on my 4th TP. The new refurb i got is worse than the phone i dropped off lol. called business customer support and a supervisor told me i HAVE to go back to the store to complain they can't do anything for me over the phone. even when i threatened canceling the full business account (Over 1k a month bill) she said she could not do anything except sell me a new phone and have me sign up another 2 years.
