i am also from a sprint authorized service center, and i have been for 9 years. they have been getting harder and harder on us with exchanges. they have changed the policy as to where NO damage is covered anymore(broken lcds, housings, etc will net you $120), we have to go by a set list of exhange phones (customer service will tell you otherwise because they are liars), we have a LIMIT as to how many exchanges we can do in a month (making it harder to help customers properly)

it IS tough when customers come in and we cant fully help with the issue. it makes it even harder when we cant select an appropriate swap in the system (example.. giving a snap for a mogul or giving a bb curve for a touch pro)
