If you're using any restore program that uses Dot Fred's Task Manager for import, XDA_UC or Sashimi (with the setting in the ini file set), the you can use the following:

Add this to a .reg file:
[-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\HTC\NOTIFICATIONMANAGER\{607CDEA2-E44A-4528-A2C3-A7DC6B6D824D}]

Or add this line to one of your provxml files:

<nocharacteristic type="HKCU\Software\HTC\NOTIFICATIONMANAGER\{607CDEA2-E44A-4528-A2C3-A7DC6B6D824D}"  translation="filesystem" />
The only reason for renaming it was for the test, since that works, then deleting the key would also work.
