1.5.2 TEST

OK, here's another test build. See if this fixes the not starting / crashing problems.
There are one or two other fixes in there, but I'm mainly interested if this makes any difference for the Manila not starting problems.

I have a test build I made last night that seems to be more stable on builds having issues.
