I use these
http://www.extremepda.com/SPMOGUL.html and I clean my screen with this
http://www.extremepda.com/MFCLOTH.html. Using the link cloth removes all particulates and the screen protectors are super thin and static cling; super thin and allows for excellent response by touch or stylus.
Alcohol might work (never used it for I was concerned it would haze my screen). The only fluid I have ever used on a PDA screen was a little warm water & soap.
