Please elaborate
Maybe I can't follow what you have done. I don't follow what the goal of this is - disabling the text and dialpad. I understand why many of us have installed alternative text pads but I've never wanted to disable it altogether.
After you've disabled both, do you use telepathy to type e-mails and text messages? If you dial a number not already in your phone book using voice command and you hit and IVR saying press 1 to reach sales, 2 to reach tech support or dial an employee extension do you just wait to see if an operator picks up?
Is your next goal to disable the touchscreen completely? JK
You may have done something useful but I'm confused about what you've done from what you've described. If you elaborate what has improved, it might be something more of us would be interested in since you've taken the time to post that you've accomplished something and want to share it with others.
