The Mogul and Touch have EXACTLY all the same issues with voice command.

Low volume over headset and confirmation over the headset does not work. This problem is ONLY over the headset. So perhaps you were not using a headset on your mogul. The Patch only fixes announcements on both phones.

Mogul never needed any patch to get voice command to "work" with BT headset.

Shut your confirmation off in Voice Command (everyone does this for BOTH Mogul and Touch).

I doubt HTC can fix this, it appears to be a Voice Command problem on this version of windows mobile and processor combination.
