Thanks again. I figured out what I was doing wrong. I had only downloaded the updated to Ervius' kitchen, not the whole thing. Apparently there's a 1.8.1 kitchen, then a 1.8.2 .exe update. I only had the exe. Things are progressing now. I can't figure out how to remove Titanium from the kitchen but I think I have manila removed. I'm going to try flashing for the first time right now.
