Hi, Never had to join a forum before but just cant get the videos off the HTC Diamond, will import the pictures though as above
. Have tried to drag and drop (and also copy and paste) from the internal memory but get a error 2041: an invalid sample description was found in the movie when I try to watch it. Have got the most recent Quicktime DL.
Any helpers out there. Got a year's worth of videos of my family and the handset is on the blink!!!
