For File Explorer:
Open Total Commander (Start>Utilities>Total Commander)
Using Total Commander Go to \Windows by double clicking the Windows folder. If you are in another folder like Storage Card and you need to go back, look at the top right for two dots, this allows you to go up one.
Once you navigate to the windows folder, browse until you find fexplorer.exe
Double click fexplorer.exe. File explorer is now open.
Using File Explorer, browse back to the Windows Folder and locate fexplorer.exe and copy it.
Navigate to \Windows>Start Menu>Programs then paste as a shortcut fexplorer. Rename it as File explorer and voila.
Now that you have File Explorer, navigate to \Windows for iexplore icon.
Copy and paste as Shortcut in \Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Internet.
Rename it as Internet Explorer.
