Okay so after some research and testing, the Symbol bug has been determined to be directly related to Opera 9.5 as previously stated by Jordant2. The bug is present on EVERY rom I flashed with Opera 9.5, including the stock Sprint ROM. I flashed a new rom with an Opera 9.7 build and the problem went away, however adding Opera 9.7 trades off Push Internet as well as the Manila bookmarks.

UPDATE: I have a few issues taken care of thus far (Internet Sharing USB Pop Up) and also have added a nice addition to the Multimedia folder which I know you will all like. Expect a new ROM update within the very near future.
