The first three programs on the list would be where I'd assume is giving me the custom taskbar and where the problem may be but I just don't know which one.

You see that thing you have circled? That is the corner of the taskbar. The taskbar goes from start all the way there...And it is not the one that came with silencerom, it was a custom one. uninstall it and volume should work
