Anyway, when someone calls, the ringer starts off at one volume, after a couple of sec's reduces to about a fifth of the original volume, after another sec or so increases again. No real rhyme or reason to it. Have the ringtone set to just ring. This is not an increasing ring, it fades up and down. Don't seem to have any other problems with speaker volume. Almost seems like this is programmed this way.....a 'feature' as Microsoft would say, but it's driving me nuts.
Anyone else have this problem and if so is there a way to fix it?
Thanks in advance.

I had the same problem also. The fix is going to voice command and uncheck the box for phone. When voice command is active for phone it conflicts with the ringer volume. I dont know why but it does. Just turn it off for the phone and you will be ok.
