Yea, I had the location work based on cell-towers a few builds ago... but I haven't had that work lately. I just upgraded my version of Google Maps as well, still no go.

As for sound, I've never had an issue with it... Not with this new build at least. I've had issues with some notifications, but not with sound specifically.
