With the stock setting it is nearly impossible to use finger scrolling effectively, it won't even move except the lightspeed auto scroll and with this simple edit it becomes 100% useable, letting you put your finger on the screen and slide it up and down and actually scroll.
The only downside for me is selecting contacts accidently while turning the cube.
I predict this setting will even be changed in a future Rom to make scrolling actually useable, the way it comes is ridiculous.

obviously you can't read and are delusional. If you read the entire thread, some people says this hack works and some people says it doesn't. Some people say the higher the number is the better and some say the lower the number is better. If you read my post, I stated two situations... One where the higher number was sensitive and the lower number was sensitive.
So how the fuck can you guarantee that this hack works 100% for EVERYONE???
no you can't
Do you have common sense?
obviously not.
you want sensitivity?... get a iPhone, end of story case close. You're sitting here trying to make this old technology work like the iPhone which has newer technology as far as touch screens.
I don't know how long you had your touch but I had mine since it came out. And I heard it all and therefore your post is old news. Alot of people done research on this topic. I think someone even posted the XDA thread about it.
The best result is the alignment test.... I can scroll on PIE and all of that with no problems. Maybe you should learn how to use your device first before posting inaccurate information.
I seriously doubt that the sensitivity of this screen is influence JUST by this numerical value in a registry edit. I know it plays a part in it... but I bet there is something else in the background as well.
