Yes, Sense is the same as TF3D, just the new name that HTC gave it. You can upgrade to either 2.1 or 2.5 from stock, just follow the steps in the first post. As far as an all in one cab, jbh00jh is right, it would be huge and take forever to load.
PS: I would suggest upgrading to the latest ROM (3.04, thanks Conflipper!) first and installing Sense before anything else. The new ROM has fixed a lot of the stock Imagio bugs, it can be found
