Well, that's essentially what I was saying. There's a myth out there that AT&T is the ONLY network that has the capability of accomplishing this feature. I was simply stating that
any network (whether GSM or CDMA) could do it if they really wanted
But your latter point is absolutely correct. A major reason as to why other networks haven't done it is because they're moving to WiMax / LTE anyway
