I update post 2, with the new build Feb 6/7 of Energy Rom use the info under
MMS for Sense 2.5 (new build of 2.5 2011 have arcsoft built in) in Post 2
You will be able to send MMS using the HTC Messaging but to view MMS you will have to go to WM Messaging via Start > Internet > Messaging > SMS/MMS
