I am running 23529 Max Feb 07 and when I first installed it, yes the battery was dissapearing quickly. I had read back through previous roms and found people were trying the document indexing disable so I installed that. Since then, I have only lost 10% of the battery since 11 last night. Not sure if that's what fixed it or something else I did, but, the problem seems to be gone none the less.
