srensber, thanks for all the info. I have been a sprint customer for almost 10 years and have enjoyed the service I get at such a great value. I have always found sprint reasonable to accommodate my needs when I am being reasonable and patient. Information like what you posted helps me understand what to expect so I am not disappointed when taking time to resolve issues. Appreciate your honesty.
