Just so you know- those Omap processors get way more done per clock cycle than the qualcomms. So the fact that it has a FASTER processor should be a pretty big deal when you consider that it is also getting a lot more done per clock cycle.

This is interesting because i was just researching the core chip architecture found on the Moto Droid and Milestone.

seems that the US Moto site states the Moto Droid as having an Arm Cortex A8 @ 550- 600mhz

the Motorola developer site shows it with an TI OMAP processor

You're right though the Texas Instruments next gen OMAP is a beast through clock cycles. It's an impressive core
