Yeah, just call the DSL hotline. If you go to your routers ip address and run the full test it should pass all tests except for the last, which it will fail on which is the IP test. When you call, make sure they don't try and tell you you need to call the phone company because it's the phone line. They did that to me last time and this time, just tell them no, it's your DSL and say that you can't stream video or download large files or something to that effect. A tech will be dispatched, and he will check the main junction for crosses and then come to your house, use a fancy noise tester on your line and modem, call in to his center and have them change your noise profile until it's within range.
