I'm gonna assume whatever tasks you may have scheduled (like myphone sync) to run at night ran into errors and just froze the phone while charging. I haven't had this problem yet though with the new ROM.

i've had the issue two nights in a row now. i'm going to stop the myphone sync to see if that resolves issue. myphone sync does work though during the day so not sure if that's it. just to note, i doubt it's the rom. i just got a refurb replacement phone and it's acting up.
