Totally agree the MSLive/Hotmail delivering mail as it arrives drains the battery.
I am highly suspect of any reports that ppl have MSL AND Gmail sync on, that they are getting good battery performance during the day.
Only 1 company has been able to manage the battery/push mail formula: Blackberry.
Else, it's just anecdotal whenever, any1 comes on here & say they have a WinMob fone set on push mail all the time with good battery life.
