Microsoft Voip is a commercial product in .cab form.

Generally, if you are looking for a .cab for OEM modules in the kitchen, right click on the OEM and choose Vist Homepage. From there, you can determine if a .cab exists, how to obtain it, and how to aquire a license for commercial/shareware products.
