Did you guys install conflipper cities? If so, this was my problem with time zone changes. The time on my phone would change to "mountain time" and I was late for work once. Even after resetting the time back to normal, the phone would change time by itself again. Don't add new cities to your phone. Doesn't MM roms come with conflipper?
