If a process takes a fraction of the time it used to take on a 7600 processor lets says 1/4th the time but hell lets say its an intensive task and it does it in One Third the time it used to take on the msm7600
Well that that's a substantial OS improvement because the System is Operating more efficiently.

Its not just speed but simplicity. Android simplifies, windows takes extra steps for simple shit.. hell ya gotta do a reg edit just to get the thing to send a text without a pop up...
