#1 - Unlock your phone so you can flash a new rom (Olinex SPL 1.56).
go to forum.xda-developers.com and showthread 431217
Or search the internets for "olinex 1.56"
#2 - Flash a new rom. You can use any one but I recommend using this one. Works splendid for me.
