For those of you who called voicemail, did you leave it connected as you ran haret.exe?
I am also getting a keyboard error and also lost service, going to try deleting the "free floating" files in my root internal storage and play with it some more!
As for the calibration, the folks over at XDA say the calibration works, however it did not work for me! (version 2/2)

I am uploading the new files for the 2/2 version which has the calibration fix! When the errors pop up just push wait and your good to go. And yes, leave your voicemail connected as you boot into android

I haven't heard of this issue but i did not format my internal storage in any way. Then again you may of had something in there that i don't. So you could try formatting it.

Use of the hard keys was also interesting. The sensitivity was much greater when just touching the key as opposed to actually pressing it. And only the lower half of the scroll-pad worked.
I'll probably play more with it this weekend.

Yes it is very nice. When its stable and ready for everyday use a lot of people will be doing just that
EDIT: Files Are Updated To Working 2/2/2010!
