You have to edit the registry:

1. HKEY-LOCAL-MACHINE
2. software
3. arcsoft
4. arcsoft mms ua
5. config
7. ui
8. sizelimit
Wap2SendLimit3 = "1048576"


This changed the third option in the server menu size limit drop down to
1MB


1. HKEY-LOCAL-MACHINE
2. software

9. SampleMMSC (This may be called Sprint)

WAP2SendDefaultSize = "1048579"

There may be a WAP1 also, just make the change to all of them. Don't know what sprint size limit is but this should get you on your way. Search is your friend also.
