You're getting this error while trying to flash?? If yes, put your phone in bootloader mode and try flashing that way. It will work...let Windows install the necessary driver first while the phone is in bootloader. Then only should you start the flash process.
To put the phone into bootloader mode: Press 'Power' + 'Camera' then while holding those two down, press the soft reset button.
Hope that helps. (Also note that flashing any radio will hard reset the phone so sync/backup any important data).
