First, here is a tissue. There is no crying on PPCGeeks...
Second, is the Outlook you have installed from the CD that cam with your device? Are you using Oulook Express or other?
Third, what do you mean by your outlook was fresh?
Fourth, were you trying to sync only your contacts? Outlook can only sync your contacts, tasks, calendar, etc. Programs, apps, etc must be saved to your PC elsewhere.
Fifth, when you established your PC to PPC connection, does your settings reflect to make changes on your device if different from your PC? Meaning that if it is or not on your PC, it will make your PPC identical to your PC? I have mine set to make the changes on my PC and not my PPC.
