she did say she would make a note on the account. i said i would prob take it to a store. she referred me to a store that actually services them. i will be there two hours as busy as that store always is. i don't know if i should just go to the smaller store that ordered the first two refurbs and try to get a tp2 or wait to see if they are back in stock in a couple of days. how long are they usually out of stock on something? and how long do i have to send the phones in through the mail. i still have the one that overheats active because the one today i can't even dial numbers on
