Just an FYI if anyone else runs into the issue. It sounded like this problem can happen from time to time when someone gets a new phone for their line.
hi unitmonster,
did they ever let you know why the account would expire every now and then? if it's because of a phone upgrade/change, it sounds like a matter of one company not updating your account with the other company.
