I'm sure there's an easier way, but for Opera 10 bookmarks, I grab the DAT file from Program Files\Opera\profile\datstorage\2 and copy it to my microSD card.

After a hard reset / new ROM, etc, I launch Opera 10 and create 1 bookmark (this then generates the ..\datastorage\2 folder). Once that folder is created, I simply overwrite the "all.dat" file with the backed up copy.

I'm not sure if the "all.dat" file contains bookmarks only or if it contains your saved passwords too.
