After being with T-Mobile for 5 years, I got used to the text messages (free) for usage. It's handy especially when you're on the last day of your cycle and need to know how many minutes you've used. The problem is, it was only as current, as of your last activity.

Anyway, this would be awesome to get texts or a direct mobile page. I mean I do log in to my account online once a week to make sure I'm on track for where I need to be.

Or, as zxcvzxcv correctly mentioned, I call *4 if I need to know immediately. This goes to direct usage, as opposed to *2 which is general customer support options. HTH.
