im on uscc. links to my guide which explain server setting etc are in my sig.
for sprint. not sure but i do know you need to make sure u r using the correct server setting. do a search on this thread as well as mightyrom thread.. ive seen it discussed a lot while i was trying to find info on uscc mms.. i would link ya. but in bed using opera to post this.. good luck
