So if you ignored the request to upgrade to the paid version, this app should no longer be working.
You may want to delete it for the reason outlined at
androidcommunity.com (another forum):
Apparently locale has been sending data to flurry.com and included in that data is " IMEI number, phone make and model, build number, OS details, plus a whole load of stuff that isn't human readable" and it's not encrypted.
