Oh sure! You just HAD to be on the one ROM that proves me wrong
THAT ROM does not have all the Max options cooked in.
You can install Max yourself or just wait for root's update he just posted about, he is trying to cook in all the Max options to the Silver ROM.
I installed the full Max and had the setting when I was on Silver ROM.
