Just thought I'd post some results from my experience with Sprint TV. I'm on the SERO plan. When I first started the Sprint TV program it told me I required an update, and proceeded to download the appropriate file automatically. It starts fine afterwords. I am not getting all the channels, or even all the basic channels that are supposedly included with PowerVision. The only channels that seem to work are CNN Mobile, NFL Network, Fox Mobile, Movie Trailers, and an assortment of content (but not all) within the SEE channel. Pretty worthless channels IMO. When a channel doesn't load there are various messages displayed explaining why. The most common are "channel subscription info not available" and "channel not available at this time". Others show a page with prices and a "subscribe" button.

From as far as I can tell, Sprint is not sure which channels they want to provide SERO customers for free, and that explains the inconsistent results we have all been getting, and the inconsistent channel lineups that are floating around on the web. Given this is a relatively new service, and one that relies on newly implemented technology, it is not suprising that the business model for this service has not been complete nailed down by corporate. However, one would expect the service to be fairly consistent across similar phones/service plans, which it is not.
